❓ What If I Am Unable To Find My Account?Updated 2 years ago

When you first make a NOOMA purchase, you will receive an email titled "First things first, activate your NOOMA account ➡".

In order to manage your account and subscription, you need to activate your account through this email. If you do not activate your account through this email, you will not be able to activate it through a password reset.

If you cannot find the activation email, send a note to [email protected]. We will then send you a link to activate your account.
