I am sorry to hear that the drinks you received were damaged. We have made significant improvements to our shipping boxes but unfortunately, things are out of our control once our delivery partners take over.
We generally issue prorated refunds for less than 1/2 a case of damages.
When more than half the case is damaged, we will send out a replacement!
