At NOOMA, we use all organic flavors. For example, our watermelon flavor came from an organic watermelon and our chocolate flavor is an extract from organic cocoa beans.

Additionally, we specifically list our flavors. The FDA gives companies the choice if they want to do it, or just say "natural flavors" or "artificial flavors". But, if you want to list them, you have to be able to back it up. We've got nothing to hide, so we get specific. When we say "organic blueberry flavor", it means that the flavor is derived specifically from blueberries. Not blueberries and 100 other flavor sources.

By taking the actual fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, leaves, roots, or bark themselves, cooking them down to their more dense form, and then extracting their highly concentrated oils and essences, we’re able to achieve some amazing flavors that aren’t at the expense of your health. 

All of our flavors are also non-GMO, gluten-free, Kosher, vegan, paleo, and keto-friendly
