We process refunds back to the original form of payment. Generally, refunds take 2-3 days to show up on your card.
We offer a 30-day window to return 1 case of your first order of a new product line if you are not satisfied with the product. Refunds are limited to one case per order, not an entire order if you ordered multiple cases.
